This is why, by day, you'll find me designing employee rewards and compensation programs at P&G, and by night, designing user experience and interfaces at N&S Tech. As a Senior Manager, Total Rewards at Procter & Gamble, I develop and implement employee salary, rewards and recognition programs for the South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, UAE and Saudi markets (≈2000 employees). My experience in UX research and interface design also empowers me to deploy truly relevant insights from benchmarking and research results in the effective design of these programs within company's principles and values. (oh and all my communication materials with regards to this role are always extra pretty because of aforementioned experience). As a Product Lead at N&S Tech, a co-founding startup that develops digital products adding value to users and businesses, we provide end-to-end digital user experience and interface design solutions to clients (Over 90 sites and products shipped).
