About Ola Petersson

I want to create sustainable community development and projects that I can proudly show my grandchildren in the future. I am looking for opportunities to use my engagement, network, and experience to build long-term relationships with clients and conduct business through bids, negotiations, contracts, and agreements in urban development, community building, and infrastructure. Ideally, I work in the early stages with analysis, investigations, feasibility studies, programs, design, planning, and consulting, focusing on the interplay between various multidisciplinary competencies to create a holistic perspective for a vibrant and functioning city!I have worked with project management and project planning in urban development, construction, and infrastructure as a client, consultant, contractor, and developer for 20 years. I am a team player with broad knowledge and the ability to communicate, present, represent, formulate solutions, and see the bigger picture and change processes together with the team. I also have extensive experience in collaboration/partnering and process management, as well as project, program, and portfolio management in technology-intensive projects. My education is in civil engineering and landscape architecture. I have experience with AMA Anläggning, AMA Hus, and knowledge of the legal frameworks AB/ABT/ABK/ABS.As a project manager and assignment leader, I am accustomed to coordinating various stakeholders and technical issues, collaborating with many different disciplines, and motivating the team to work together towards set goals.I am skilled at structuring, building relationships, and communicating. I can gain an overview, a helicopter perspective, and see the larger contexts. Furthermore, I am used to taking responsibility and influencing various developments.
