Working as an Assistant Field Coordinator and Manager, I've successfully Implemented the Rainforest Alliance Certification ProgramProvided technical leadership and guidance for project management Facilitation of capacity building Training of Trainers [TOT] workshops and other trainings in both formal and Informal settings. Monitored the performance and training implementation on the field and technical reports.Managed the group members database that contained about 4000 records of farmers in Osun, Ekiti and Ondo State.Monitored and Supervised the of over 65,000 hybrid cocoa seedlings from nursery-Maturity-evacuation and distribution to farmers. In charge of identification of all Child Labor and related cases, monitoring and successful remediation leading to returning of drop out pupils back to schools.Led the group to its Rainforest Alliance transition audit comprising about 4000 farmers, 120 intermediaries and service providers.Co-led the group to its Certification audit with excellent feedback.Due to my outstanding performance, I received an award of the best "Trainer" for MARS sustainability in the 3rd quarter of 2023.
