I am passionate about creating, maintaining, and updating effective and realistic project programs, schedules, and budgets that align with the client's objectives and expectations.I also excel in preparing and assessing delay analysis, extension of time, and cost claims using industry standards and best practices, as well as developing dynamic and informative reports using Primavera P6 and Power BI.
