EDUCATION:MBA (1971) at Norwegian School of Business Economics with computer science, mathematics and French. Thesis: Comparing price/quality decisions in different political systems (Norway and Poland), based in Biuro Opinia, Warsaw. EMPLOYMENT:1971-1975 Leading a research program at the Norwegian Computing Centre commissioned by the Iron and Metal Workers Union of Norway to develop a trade union strategy to adress the challenge of new technology on the factory floors. Published six research reports, coauthored with Kristen Nygaard, one of the Simula creators. The research program was the first globally, to be commissioned by trade unions.1975-1980 Editor at the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK).1980-1982 Norway's only diplomat and leader of the Norwegian development assistance program in Vietnam.
