• Update cash ledgers to maintain accurate data.• Analyzing ATM journals and and translating data to figures• Daily ATM reconciliation and ledger proofs• ATM cash unload/load• Optimizing usage of Cash in vault• Supervising/Coordination of Cash sorting related activities• Supervising all Cash Teller activities• Ensure effective and timely service delivery to customers at all customer service unit.• Ensure efficient Turn Around Time (TAT)in line with service level agreements.• Ensure timely and error free processing of transactions.• Ensure timely execution of end-of-day procedures including reports.• Serve as back up to the Head, Cash Management and Branch Operations• Train new personnel in key departmental functions and protocol.

- Responsible for all Payment service, International Money Transfer Operations, Clearing, Import duties, Trade Services, Foreign/Domiciliary Operations, - Responsible for ATM Management & reconciliation, Electronic transfers and Remittances.- Adheres to Anti money laundering unit, fraud Management Team and Bank’s Compliance unit- Responsible for Expense tickets/processing Ensuring that daily tickets are sent to the Internal Control Unit promptly.- Ensuring that adequate control is given to the handling of Draft and Cheque instruments.

- Handle inbound and outbound customer complaints and requests, Forwarding and follow up of unresolved queries and complaints to proper units in charge for resolution- Ensure First contact resolution of customers complaints and requests- Cross sell bank products and services based on needs.- Prepare daily reports on activities of the day

Delivering excellent customer service to MTN N subscribers by Resolving customer complaints, queries and enquiries. Also placing On-boarding Calls, carrying out Customer Survey and Market Research, Sales Call, Customer Feedback and Account Management.
