I am a physics grad turned Designer and Founder. I have been a designer for the past 7+ years, moving from a junior-level designer to a senior-level product designer. My experience has allowed me to work with founders from around the world in industries including fintech, Ed-tech, SaaS, healthcare, and AI.I have had the chance to lead design in the companies I have worked with spearheading design and leading teams of 2 to 10 designers and engineers to define the project scope, expected deliverables, user needs, and stakeholder requirements to create successful, revenue-generating products.At EngineerSF, I led multiple high-stakes projects resulting in a 40% increase in user retention, a 95% increase in positive client feedback, and a 30% reduction in development time through the use of no-code tools. I worked with clients which include Deeplawn, Servicecart, Wattpricer, PCRopsis, Petionlaw, and FeelfreePT to improve their product design processes and create pitch decks for fundraising. My designs played a crucial role in securing substantial funding which include a $3M Seed funding for Trading Strategy, a $2.5M Pre-seed funding for Ghost Financial, a $250k Pre-seed funding for Frantable, and a $250k Pre-seed funding for Trintonlabs.At Vesicash, I led the design and strategy team for building an escrow product, merchant of records, and B2B payment systems, improving the way business customers make payments. My design and process input resulted in a 30% conversion rate and more than 10k+ unique visits in the first 2 months. This contributed to recording $5M+ in revenue and onboarding 100+ businesses. Additionally, I spearheaded strategies that expanded our financial offerings to African countries which include Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, and South Africa.As a founder, I am currently building my bootstrapped design agency, PixelgumStudio, a design and development partner.
