Record and report financial transactions.Analyze financial data to identify trends, problems, opportunities, and risks.Prepares financial statements, special reports, filing of tax returns and compliance issues.

Set up accounting practices and procedures.Prepare Periodic and Final Accounts, as well as Management Accounts.Produce budgets for the business and implement strategies for cost savings.Ensure company accounts and tax returns are prepared and filed correctly and on time.

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution and alternatives to solve the problem within the time limits; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Handles cash transactions, verifies records and receipts, balancing cash and advising supervisors of cash position and discrepancies (if any) Opening new accounts and uploading same to the central processing centre. Issues ATM cards and Cheque books. Responds to customers’ inquiries and requests on banking products and services. Explains and promotes bank services to customers and refer them to appropriate banking services and representatives.

Calculates, and verifies duties to obtain financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. Review of invoices for compliance with local legislations. Checks various items from original sources. Computes and posts Invoices into QuickBooks Accounting Software and keeps customers' ledger accounts.

Teaches Introduction to Account at both NDI and NDII levels of Accountancy Department. Carries out assessment, monitors and evaluates examinations work and also provides an academic and consultative support to students in their learning activities.
