Performed manual semen analysis, occult blood analysis, urine analysis, malaria parasite identification. • Engaged in histopathology investigations including decalcification, fixation, embedding, sectioning, mounting, and staining (including cytology staining).• Performed and processed samples for CD4 count using the Cyflow SL Green/ Partec machine. • Had hands-on experience with the following instrumentation techniques; Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay, Enzyme immunoassays, spectrophotometry, Ion Selective Electrodes (ISE), and microscopy. • General Reagent preparation.
