Led the product-market fit phase for inventory management solutions designed for fashion retailers.Successfully engaged with pilot clients, including PVH and Mango, tailored solutions effectively to their needs, ensuring a strong alignment addressing specific demands of the fashion retail industry.

Initiated cross-company projects from idea to first sales results, which unfolded new consumer segments and brought new streams of revenue. Built and orchestrated cross-functional internal and external teams, including marketing, creative, and digital.Led a team of 6 direct managers, supporting their collaboration on all levels of the complex organisation.Became part of Strategic Foresight initiative and contributed to the 20-year Disney’s global strategy. Obtained a Foresight trainer certificate, educated internal and external teams on foresight concepts, and led a local team of foresighters.

Joined Disney to build a licensing presence in consumer products, including cosmetic and fashion segments. Negotiated and signed multi-million dollar deals with local and international brands, such as Estee Lauder and Sephora, and grew revenue on average 50% annually.

As a one-member team, launched Boot’s cosmetics brand (N7, Toni & Guy, Botanics) in the Russian market, overseeing all aspects of marketing activations and brand introduction strategies. In two years, these initiatives resulted in the Boot’s highest per-store revenue across the EMEA region.
