Hr Recruitment Analyst
Current- Blue collar recruitment operation responsible for Bandırma and Izmir locations and support for Elazığ location,- Managing subcontractor company human resources employees(Bandırma and İzmir), - Identify business units' needs and communicate them with related units in subcontractor for further actions,- Working very closely with the line managers to understand business need and to ensure a common ground in their people decisions,- Providing BC headcount update reports to managers & team,- Preparation and monitoring of the annual Blue-Collar budget,- Preparation of monthly BC recruitment forecast,- Continuously build and maintain a Blue-Collar candidate’s pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.),- Conducting the internal candidate process for foreman, machine operator,- Advancing the recruitment process through the Success Factors recruitment module,- Execution of promotion and transfer procedures of blue-collar employees via Success Factors,- Execution of PR, PO processes of subcontractor invoices via SAP,- Follow-up of trial period evaluation forms,- Take part in HR projects as a project member whenever it is necessary,- Working closely with HRBP team to understand their needs and support them all about recruitment and employer branding topics,
