Marketing Specialist
Current- Manage daily digital campaigns, planning, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Manage performance of ecommerce PPC campaigns in Bing and Google, adword content. Design, development and implementation of marketing collateral and promotional materials to support over 50 products, monthly campaigns.
- Manages and executes community relations activities with an 8-person business development team of executives, creates all corporate internal communications.
- Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance of all products and services related content on website advertising, email and 4 social media channels.
- Utilize 17 marketing channel systems such as CMS for website content, Salesforce CRM, credit card and billing systems, in-branch messaging screens, and digital communication.
- Execute at least 4 weekly and over 10 monthly email campaigns managing an email marketing platform for push, trigger and survey campaigns. Tracking a 20% unique open rate and 2% CTR.
