Marketing Specialist
Current● Manage daily digital campaigns, planning, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.● Manage performance of ecommerce PPC campaigns in Bing and Google, adword content. Design, development and implementation of marketing collateral and promotional materials to support over 50 products, monthly campaigns and events.● Manages and executes community relations activities with an 8-person business development team of executives, creates all corporate internal communications. ● Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance of all products and services related content on website advertising, email and 4 social media channels.● Utilize 17 marketing channel systems such as CMS for website content, Salesforce CRM, credit card and billing systems, in-branch messaging screens, and digital communication.● Execute at least 4 weekly and over 10 monthly email campaigns managing an email marketing platform for push, trigger and survey campaigns. Tracking a 20% unique open rate and 2% CTR.● Capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data and metrics using Hootsuite analytics and Google analytics, gaining insights and best practices to make recommendations based on research.● Provide branding for over 35 Loan Originators and Mortgage Specialists. Run events, print and digital content creation and social media for the largest sales department in a billion-dollar financial institute.
