International working experiences for architectural companies in South Africa, London and Barcelona has allowed me the opportunity to work on projects ranging from detailed design of contract plans and planning request for high-end home renovations for Grade II listed properties, to the design of new houses, and working on mixed use apartment buildings.I’ve progressed to architectural project manager, actively managing design team meetings with contractors, surveyors, ensuring site health and safety protocol, reviewing of architectural documentation construction plans allowing for the necessary creation of accurate detailing and approved Building regulations are adhered to, and lead the on-site personnel and construction engineers. Ensuring a high standard of quality whilst keeping projects on schedule.Past experience includes: meeting with potential new clients; creation of architectural design schemes and concepts; drawing up detailing and architectural contract documentation; provision of project budgeting and organising site meetings; and managing design to full completion.
