Dignio is an eHealth scale-up focusing on bringing healthcare out of the crowded clinics and to the patient's home. The company builds solutions for improving medication adherence and remote patient monitoring. By having control over the whole value chain, both hardware and software, Dignio delivers unique products to healthcare providers and their patients. At the heart of Dignio is pioneering change, and the company has been instrumental in driving the push towards digital health solutions that we now see accelerating. The solution's impact includes reducing hospitalizations for severely chronically ill patients by up 40%, saving 50% cost and achieving 90% of patients feeling better control over their own health. Key highlights from my time in Dignio:- Grew ARR at annual rate of ~50% annually, from $1m (2018) to $8m (2023)- Acquisition, restructuring and integration of AceAge, previously strategic partner and supplier of medication adherence hardware- Raised ~USD 20m from reputable institutional investors (Monte Rosa Capital, Investinor, Stena Sessan and Fredriksborg)- Home monitoring of 50k+ patients during Covid in Norway and the UK- Launched US operations to address the largest healthcare market in the worldKey experience from my time in Dignio includes: sales, customer success, scaling, business strategy, international expansion, business development, fund raising, M&A incl post merger integration, building an organization, talent management and cost restructuring.

ZALORA is the leading fashion ecommerce platform in SEA and I had the honor of leading its operations in Indonesia. I was responsible for building and optimizing operations across warehouse, delivery incl. our own ZALORA delivery express, B2C/B2B cross border, customer service and content creation. By being part of the regional and local management team, I played a key role in defining & executing the business strategy and navigating the highly complex environment of Indonesia ecommerce. I learned to develop a deep love for Indonesia through my time in ZALORA and a passion for creating highly engaged & high performing teams. When I left Zalora, I was managing an organization of ~300-500 people depending on season. Key achievements while in Zalora:- Initiated and lead turning around employee satisfaction score and reducingemployee turnover from 30-40% per year in 2015 to less than 10% in 2018- Built an operations platform (warehousing, delivery, returns, and customer service) that delivered highest cost efficiency across all Global Fashion Group’s 20 markets and supported a NPS of ~80 in 2018/19- In 2018, year 6 of ZALORA Indonesia, we delivered 60+% revenue growth, the highest among ZALORA’s 7 markets in SEAZalora was founded by Rocket Internet and is now listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as part of Global Fashion Group.

The internship was in Orkla's corporate development department, primarily focusing on its M&A activities. My work included being part of an acquisition project evaluating a Chinese target as well as conducting a market screening of the FMCG market in selected European countries. One month of the internship I was deployed in China, doing site visits and market research.
