I am a board member of the semi professional handball club Odder Håndbold Elite. The club has for many years been a top club in the Danish 1. devision. My contribution to the board is to constantly work with initiatives that will secure the economy - as well as manage a lot of the practical things that secures that the club is running as smoothly as possible.I have taken part in employing the coaches as well as the sponsorsales staff. We leave the sports decisions to the sports manage as well as the coaches, so our job is to give them the proper foundation. I was managing the store design department - with 5 skilled store designers in my team. I was responsible for the project management of all store openings and renovations - cross all markets. This job was done in corporation with store designers, subcontractors and franchisees. Together we did 55 store openings in one year. It was my task to revitalize the digital project management that all departments were involved in across the headquarter in general. We successfully managed to end up with a hit rate of 100% on all projects in the end. I was continously improving the project management ways-of-working as well as the processes of the work being done. I initiated new and improved manuals, to avoid and possible mistakes on-site during build-ups as well as the preparations beforehand. My corporation with the sub-suppliers and franchisepartners were optimized on a running basis. This to optimize timelines and budgets in the best way possible. We managed to cut out unnecessary costs to secure best-prize stores and quotations were thoroughly being examined to secure the best budget for the store possible. My techical background secures a good understanding of what is needed and what is not, and it makes me able to give our partners a qualified feedback on what was needed or not in the incoming quotations.

Wishes from our designers etc. were transformed to reality in the stores as it is still practice to do in the amazing Bolia.com stores. After employment within Bolia Int. I was their project manager on an external basis for the next 5 years as self-employed.
