Evaluating the capabilities of language models.

In collaboration with a group led by Jacob Pfau at NYU, investigated the self-consistency of SoTA large language models.Led to a publication at BlackboxNLP at the EMNLP conference.

Designed and ran an introductory mentorship programme for new members (SPEAK), helping to more than double applications year on year.Coordinated a committee to run successful Speaker Events, Career Workshops, and Discussion Groups.Ran external events with speakers from Open Cages and The Humane League.

Undertook original research on Thompson's Group alongside Colin Bleak and two other undergraduates. Specifically, we looked at whether rotation by a half could be written as a commutator inside of T.Funding for this research was obtained through the School of Maths and Stats Summer School Programme
