When the company shifted focus from primarily web publishing systems to learning management systems, I was hired to further develop and refine the LMS, create content to populate it, and further establish the company as a custom-built e-learning vendor. When I left the company, half of the revenue was generated by the e-learning part of the business and I managed a team of four instructional designers.
