Ole Munk is a Teknisk support at EcoMobility DK. Colleagues describe him as "I have worked together with Ole since he started as an IT Supporter student at GridManager in Juni 2011. Ole quickly displayed both interest and skills towards technical IT tasks, which after his graduation resulted in him being transfered to my department, Research & Development. Ole has a good work ethic and high performance; his work always being satisfactory. He possesses a strong ability for maintaining an overview of many customers and support cases as well as remembering the small essential details about each. He has been supporting our Technical Service personnel, our partner in Spain, suppliers, and end customers. He performs support with a nice tone of voice and with an understanding for the person receiving help; face-to face or via telephone. Another part of Ole's job in R&D was to help out with testing of our web-based systems. He has been trained in the use of Selenium (tool for running scenario tests via web browsers) and was responsible for creating and maintaining Selenium tests for various system features. Other tasks that Ole has been responsible for: - E-mail administration - Configuration of employee PC and laptop software - Configuration and failure analysis of meter installations, via our web-based systems - Configuration of Android tablets and Android HDMI sticks (Smart TV) Ole has also shown great interest and skill regarding PC hardware and the building of high performance PCs with unique designs (i.e. casemodding).
