I head Bruun & Hjejle's top-tier dispute resolution practice. In the last few years, I have myself appeared five times before the Danish Supreme Court and three times before the European Court of Justice, acting for leading financial institutions and industrial undertakings. I have been involved in some of the largest investigations in Denmark, and I act as lead partner in the investigations into the portfolio of non-resident customers at Danske Bank's Estonian branch (mandated by the bank's Board of Directors). A large part of our practice has an international dimension, and I continue to benefit from my past as professor in international law at the University of Copenhagen.
