Experience:On the basis of my GDBA (Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or HDO in Danish) back in 2014, I work as a project manager. Project management for me is mainly as the link between an internal development department, possibly boosted by subcontractors on some parts and an external customer. This also means a position with a lot of stakeholders, working on obtaining a certain goal within time, quality and cost. This includes driving activities from day-to-day work to the final deliveries in the projects.As a Project Manager:- Highly competent within commercial project management, controlling and managing projects from agreements with customer, over project execution and entering products to production.- Collaboration across borders; international collaborations as well as technically; software, hardware, mechanics, NPI, ATE etc.- Extensive technical insight, primarily embedded software, but also digital hardware.- Used to handle internal and external stakeholders- An ability to keep calm despite being in a hectic environment- Project definition with scope estimation with task break-down, leading the team, monitoring the status / progress and following-up on plans, business cases and possible change management.- Risk -, change - and Stakeholder management with a commercial approachBefore the project management I have a past primarily within software development, where I have used a broad variety of embedded microprocessors and DSPs. Though I also have hardware insight in multiple digital designs. Hardware targets has mainly been: ARM processors (ARM7, ARM9 and most of the Cortex-M family (0, 0+, 3, 4 and 7) plus a few TI (V55xx and V6xxx) and Analog (SC-57x) DSPs. The Cortex MCUs has been from several vendors.As an engineer:- System development from bare metal to full applications with embedded and non-embedded platforms.- Device drivers and system configuration for various RTOS systems: FreeRTOS, DSP Bios, Fusion, Linux, MuCos, CoOs etc.- Peripheral configuration of devices like CODECs, SDRAM controllers, SD cards and flash.- Experienced user withing more programming languages (>10 years): C, C++, C#.
