Ole Dokka is a multidisciplinary leader and strategist, working in the intersection of innovation, design, technology and digital business. He has held leadership positions in several big companies in Norway, among them Telenor and the global energy company, Equinor. In Equinor he was responsible for developing and implementing digital and media strategies, new brand identity, global marketing programmes and open innovation strategies and tactics. This work received multiple Norwegian and international awards. In 2016 he founded Rocket Grace to focus on opportunities for new business, innovation and sustainability enabled by the global space industry. He took on development of a new meeting arena ,cross-industrial conference and platform - Spaceport Norway - now the largest space business arena in the Nordics. Spaceport Norway continues to be a core activity for and is owned by Rocket Grace.During the global pandemic 2020-2021, he developed a pre-study and led an early phase project for a new innovation centre for space business - Newspace North. The objective was to investigate how new commercial launch facilities on Andøya, Norway, could ignite more and faster innovation in industry in and outside of Norway.Ole Dokka is based in Stavanger, Norway, where he lives with his wife, three teenagers, two cats and one Harley Davidson.
