O2 emc is an Independent Power Producer that developed, owned and operated more than 300MW of solar farms across the Southeast. The company contracted with multiple utility off-takers, more than 20 local governments. We partnered with manufacturers of solar modules, solar inverters, storage systems, racking systems and environmental and engineering service provides, The portfolio of operating solar projects was sold to a large European family office.

O2 energies developed, owned and operated 40MW of operating solar farms located in the Southeast. The company pioneered the use of PURPA contracts, state and federal investment tax credits, and federal loan guarantees to introduce two tax equity investors and 5 local banks to financing their first utility scale solar projects.
