I was employed as Head of Procurement at DONG Energy for a period of 8 years, between March 2000-2008. Throughout this period, my areas of responsibility revolved around:- The direct management & oversight of 7 employees.- Oversight of an annual technical purchase volume totalling 1.8 billion DKK.- Cost management & optimisation, with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership.- Implementation and coordination of procurement across a multitude of merged corporations (DONG ENERGY, Nesa, KE and Frederiksberg Supply).
