Director Of Production
CurrentOversee all aspects of production including scheduling, budgeting, staffing, equipment needs, etc. Work directly with key members of the executive and production team (Executive Staff, Director, Cinematographer, & Post Team) to ensure that everyone’s needs are met throughout the entire production process.-Conduct initial assessments of prospective project to determine cost and time analysis to determine sufficient ROI for a successful production.-Manage all aspects of pre and post, including scripting, shooting, editing, sound design, and visual effects.-Work directly with visionary staff including Executive Producers and Directors to organize the production schedule, including tasks such as booking locations and casting talent-Monitoring the progress of productions to ensure that they are on track to meet deadlines-Managing all aspects of production, including selecting crews, hiring talent, determining equipment needs, and overseeing set design-Overseeing the editing process to ensure that the final product meets the client’s specifications
