Since the beginning of 2024, I am leading the TONOS project, which is building the future of decentralized e-commerce based on the TON blockchain. My primary role is to strategically manage the project, develop new products and develop partnerships. As part of my role, I:- Develop and implement TONOS growth strategy to build a Web3 ecosystem for secure and transparent cryptocurrency transactions.- Manage a team of developers, marketers and business analysts to effectively launch the platform and scale the project.- Negotiate and build partnerships with key players in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.- Ensure investment attraction for platform development and introduction of new products such as NFT marketplace and decentralized financing solutions.- Responsible for creating and launching new products and services, including decentralized cryptocurrency wallets and loyalty programs for NFT holders.My goal is to make TONOS the leading blockchain-based e-commerce platform connecting sellers and buyers in a secure and decentralized environment.
