• Representation of the Company’s interests in front of contractors and state bodies. • Determining, forming, planning and execution all the activities of the Company.• Organization of the work and cooperation of the departments of the Company, managing their activity towards achieving the planned indices.• I managed 4 departments: sales/logistic/marketing department; finance/accounting department; technical service/certification department; administrative department.• The key achievements during my work in the company are: developing of existing sales channels and searching for new ones. - Traditional trade channels for JKU were (1) sales to big electronics networks like Foxtrot, Eldorado, Comfy, Technopolis and (2) sales to wholesale companies which covered small shops, car electronics installers, specialized outlets, etc. - We successfully signed contracts for supplies of car electronics products to big national car traders and manufacturers, namely Ukrauto (Zip-auto), AIS, BAZ.
