Project Manager & Research Scientist, Photovoltaic Division- Composed research proposals for acquisition of third-party funding- Developed Baseline Process: reference layers and structures and stable technology for fabrication of thin-film silicon solar cells (achieved reproducible cell efficiency 9.3% from 4.3% FAT for single a-Si:H cells and 11.3% from 6.5% FAT for tandem cells)- Developed post-deposition optimization of boron-doped ZnO transparent front contact derived with LPCVD-method. Also can be applied for regeneration of degraded layers.- Optimized fabrication of transparent contacts (ITO, ZnO:B, ZnO:Al) and amorphous layers on polymer substrate with laser recrystallization- Developed the technology of thin-film solar cell fabrication on ceramic substrates and ultra-thin polymer foils- Enhancing of light conversion by use of up/down converters based on nanostructures, scatters on photonic crystals, ultra transparent contacts on nanomeshes
