Supervisor Thin-Film Solar Cells Pilot Plant:- Manage research, technical and safety activities for fabrication of high efficiency thin-film silicon solar cells- Performed benchmarking of suppliers and total cost of ownership evaluation- Executed installation, commissioning and FAT of PECVD and PVD tools- Developed and ensured standards for stable high quality production by optimal and safe utilization of employees, raw materials and equipment- Staff training- Support institute administration and all R&D groups regarding product pilot work2. Laboratory Supervisor, Microscopy and X-Ray Microanalysis- Establishing and managing laboratory for division and institute needs- Development and implementation of analytical methods for qualitative and quantitative exploration of properties of nanostructures and functional layers for solar cells with means of Scanning Electron Microscopy, Focused Ion Beam, X-Ray Spectroscopy, Scanning Probe Microscopy (nano-Optical-Beam-Induced-Current- Staff training3. Project Manager & Research Scientist, Photovoltaic Division- Composed research proposals for acquisition of third-party funding- Developed Baseline Process: reference layers and structures and stable technology for fabrication of thin-film silicon solar cells (achieved reproducible cell efficiency 9.3% from 4.3% FAT for single a-Si:H cells and 11.3% from 6.5% FAT for tandem cells)- Developed post-deposition optimization of boron-doped ZnO transparent front contact derived with LPCVD-method. Also can be applied for regeneration of degraded layers.- Optimized fabrication of transparent contacts (ITO, ZnO:B, ZnO:Al) and amorphous layers on polymer substrate with laser recrystallization- Developed the technology of thin-film solar cell fabrication on ceramic substrates and ultra-thin polymer foils- Enhancing of light conversion by use of up/down converters based on nanostructures, scatters on photonic crystals, ultra transparent contacts on nanomeshes

- Managed international project “Movable cryogenic sample stage for Scanning Electron Microscopes and UHV systems” with National University of Singapore- Realized an international project “Near Field Optical stage with improved detection for Scanning Probe Microscope”: planning, design, fabrication, delivery and launch in University of Stellenbosch, South Africa- Performed scientific research in the field of fabrication and characterization of nanostructures, investigated the properties of wide range of polymers, semiconductors, optical layers and coatings, biomedical objects - Analysed failures and defects in LED, OLED, microelectronic and photovoltaic devices with use of Scanning Probe/Scanning Electron Hybrid Microscopy tools- Performed the teaching assistance in lectures “Electronic devices“ (in English) and training for students and scientists “Microanalysis of materials and devices in electronics“- Assisted the organization of conference “ESREF-2005”- Coordinated the cooperation between University of Wuppertal, Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) and Gomel State University - Supervised the doctoral research of two Ph.D. BSUIR students
