• Responsible for leading and conducting IT and compliance audit projects in ProCredit Bank Ukraine and other ProCredit banks in Eastern Europe and Africa;• Review and assess whether a proper organization as well as technological infrastructure is in place for the following areas: governance and organization of IT functions, project management, risk management, incident management, information security, business continuity planning, network and systems administration, applications and databases administration, service desk;• Planning, auditing, reporting and follow-up of IT audits;• Report audit findings and make recommendations for correcting unsatisfactory conditions, improving operations and reducing costs;• Coordinate IT audit efforts with other departments within the ProCredit Bank;• Provide consulting services to ProCredit Bank management and staff;• Manage multiple non-audit responsibilities and special projects as needed.
