About Oleg Koss

As the founder of Lanka.CX, the pioneering service design and customer experience agency in Ukraine, I have been advancing the way large organizations serve their customers for over seven years. I am a SDN Accredited Service Design Master and an innovation-focused Global Executive MBA graduate from IE Business School.I partner with clients across various sectors and geographies to design strategies and services that boost profitability and foster a positive societal impact.
