Sletat.ru is one of the largest travel startups in Russia. I joined the team as a Senior Product Designer and was promoted to the Art Director position. After 2 years of hands-on experience, I was promoted to Product Owner of mobile apps (iOS & Android). The total audience on the mobile app was almost 1 million users. Responsibilities:— As a Head of design, I led a design team of 6 designers. I worked closely with the product team to design the GUI of the entire platform (web+mobile+referral modules). Created specs, and wireframes to test them and transfer them into high-fidelity mockups and detailed design for development. — As a PO I was taking participated in research and testing: interviewing users and stakeholders, getting feedback from customers, forming product backlog, and setting the priority of any feature based on business and user goals. — Setting Events and Funnels through the whole Application, then collecting and analyzing data from different sources — SQL databases, Flurry, Firebase, Google Analytics, and Yandex.Metrika makes hypotheses based on it.Key results:After launching Sletat.ru App on iOS it hits 4.8 ratings (former 2.7) with 11k testimonials (former 500). It was the best performance in the travel industry in the Russian App Store at that moment. Key metrics were increased up to 25% (including engagement, retention, purchases, revenue, etc)
