Dear Friends and Colleagues,Since 2015 I have been acting as a founder of human rights organisations to defend the Orthodox agenda in the structures of the UN, European Parliament. I have spoken at the UN, OSCE, European Parliament, and other organisations on the subject of protecting the rights of believers of Orthodox denominations. In 2023, with the support of a number of human rights organisations, I managed to organise a personal speech of Metropolitan Theodosius (Snigirev) at the UN, which gave the Metropolitan the status of a UN human rights defender and influenced both his case and the cases of other Metropolitans under unjustified criminal prosecution in Ukraine. Since 2018, I have been able to expand the agenda of defending the rights of Orthodox Christians, in particular, meetings were held with the Patriarch of Jerusalem, the Patriarch of Antioch, the Metropolitan of Montenegro and Primorye, and bishops of other local Churches to bring their agenda to the international level. I have remained a member of the Brussels and Geneva Press Clubs since 2018 and have focused significantly on organising media campaigns in defence of believers' rights, connected to legal complaints, lawsuits, human rights reporting and human rights research, to use these actions in legal advocacy at national and international level.I am interesting in contacting diplomats, politicians, religious leaders, journalists, lawyers, academics, public figures and other concerned people willing to support the religious freedom defence agenda around the world.Looking forward to co-operation,Oleh Denysovwww.protiktor.com
