Political Advisor – Political and Economic Affairs, European Union Special Representative to Bosnia and Hercegovina, Seconded by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.- Analysis, reporting and advisory efforts with primary focus on economic policies.- Project management: Leading and contributing to detailed programming of projects.- Planning and implementing Strategic Communication efforts.- Coordination of advice within the international community.- Internal coordination: soliciting and editing political, analytical briefs and speeches.Key achievements:- 2014-15, played a key role in defining a comprehensive socio-economic reform package for Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), which is now a cornerstone in the EU’s relations with the country.- 2014-15, leading the organisation of three successful Education and Employment Fairs across BiH with a total participation of 26,000 unemployed youth. Almost 5,000 of them found jobs.- 2014, established a functional out-of-public sparring-mechanism for political party speakers on economic affairs.

Politico-Military Advisor, NATO Headquarters Sarajevo- Analysis, reporting and advisory efforts related to political aspects of wide-ranging reforms of the BiH security sector.- Programming and sequencing of priority elements of wide-ranging security sector reforms.- Coordination of support and advice from the international community in BiH.- Planning and implementing Strategic Communication efforts. Key achievements:- 2007-08, lead negotiations between BiH entity and state-level governments on a new BiH Law on Protection and Rescue. It passed in a previously unseen unanimous vote in the BiH Parliament.- 2006-07, as co-chair of working groups under the BiH Ministry of Defence, delivered new concepts, procedures and implementation plans for new military reserve forces and a new public affairs system.
