While working with FirstCon Group Ltd. I was part of the Muskoka Bay Resort projects including 30 detached luxury houses, 4 separate blocks of townhouses and a 7-storey condo resort, thus covering low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise projects. My duties and responsibilities included but were not limited to:- Collaborating with Project Manager to create and manage complex tender packages, including design-build projects as well as administrative processes.- Evaluating and awarding tenders, with an emphasis on structural, foundational, electromechanical, and interior finishes.- Handling accounting procedures, including creating change orders, invoice verification, and progress billing, draws preparation and submittal, and CCR review.- Maintaining, managing and distributing construction documentation to the project team, subcontractors, and the Site Superintendent throughout the project duration.- Reviewing project drawings for the OBC compliance. Maintaining them and providing updates whenever required.- Submitting RFI's to Project Consultants for review whenever required, receiving response and distributing to the Site team. Requesting for a Site Instruction to be followed by a Change Order issued to the Trade Contractor if needed.- Tracking, recording and organizing all project related documentation and distribute to the project team and related trade contractors as required.- Setting up and attending on-site and office meetings with the Owners/ Site Team/ Project Consultants and/or Trade Contractors. Recording, drafting and distributing meeting minutes accordingly.- Tracking, reporting and submitting employees' timesheets including their on site work hours.

While working with Dominion Forming Inc. & Minto Communities I was taking part in the North Oak - Condos at Oakvillage high-rise construction located at the corner of Dundas Street East & Trafalgar Road at Oakville, Ontario.In addition, my tasks and responsibilities included but were not limited to:- Assisting Project Manager in the administration and accounting in order to ensure all site procedures are provided and maintained;- Maintaining all project related files including work documents, job site drawings, health & safety policies, workers' training certificates and tower crane procedures;- Processing time sheets, work orders and inspection reports on daily basis as required;- Following up with the site staff to confirm whether deficiency corrections and inspections are complete;- Preparing Purchase Orders under the supervision of the Project Manager for review and approval;- Assisting Site Foreman with the equipment available on site and maintaining material sheets daily;- Keeping the Project Manager informed about material and document status including issues that may impact project schedule;- Tracking Site Instructions, change orders and any changes in the database.

While working with Aecon Materials Engineering, I took part in the Highway 401 Expansion Project where my duties and responsibilities included but were not limited to:- Existing soil conditions inspection ensuring proper placement of fill & or granular materials;- Compaction reports and field inspections completed as per MTO specifications for Highway/Road construction, ensured operations met contract specifications;- Soil, granular and asphalt compaction inspection using nuclear density gauge;- Coordinating with Project Coordinator and Site Superintendent throughout the project;- Assisting with and performing Concrete Slump and Air Tests and Geotechnical investigations and inspections;- Installment of the thermocouples at various locations of Highway 401 Expansion Project;- Assisting with conducting concrete coring for thickness and material composition investigations;- Training new employees at site and office.

While working for GeoPro Consulting Limited as a Junior Geotechnical Engineer my duties included but were not limited to:- Soil identification according to the Canadian System of Soil Classification;- AutoCAD Borehole Location Plan input and review;- gINT Borehole Logs input based on the reviewed field logs taken on site;- Following up with project coordinators for field work arrangements and status;- Factual writing input and providing recommendations based on the purpose of the project;- Meeting project deadlines;- Assisting the field crew with technical services, such as traffic control and supervision of drilling work.

As a telephone interviewer I conducted surveys for various businesses and organizations. My responsibilities included but were not limited to:- conducting surveys in professional manner;- maintenance of Interviewer Scheduling Tool;- reporting any suspected violations;- making recommendations.
