Organized fundraising and marketing activities for nonprofit working in the Central African Republic to end the water crisis. Managed a USD 6M mixed private and institutional philanthropic portfolio (2019). Implement and manages brand partnerships and monthly giving progam (Rainmakers) strategy. Worked with the Director of Development to revamp Salesforce to meet fundraising program needs. Additional responsibilities included overseeing corporate research, leading event committees for annual awareness and fundraising events, designed and deployed the Giving Tuesday Campaign, and participated in the strategizing of email marketing campaigns.

Served as development support for the state of Indiana. Responsible for tracking of data and strategize major donor activity on a monthly basis. Created systems for relation from gift process to stewardship letters on every designation for the state. Created communications for executive fundraising and stewardship events. Planned and executed all special events, including statewide events celebrating the 100th year of the American Red Cross in Indiana. Additional responsibilities included overseeing the gift processing system across the region, with direct reports across 6 different chapters. Other projects managed include: DFRAP updates, board thank-a-thons, board prospecting, Tiffany Circle regional visits, website and donor wall updates, and regional promotion materials inventory.

Served as Director of Events for the biggest Indianapolis fashion magazine. Responsible for all planning and implementation oversight to create new event goals, which included a monthly educational event, fundraising component, bi-annual magazine launch, committee meetings, and volunteer management. Worked collaboratively with the leadership team to create evergreen events and communications on social media.

Supervised assistant coordinator for the implementation of marketing segments on local news stations. Planned visual designs for each segment and implemented quick visuals to be used in an array of segment. Created visual maps and communication plan for each actor and talent for quick turn-around preparation.

Served as on-sight event manager for internal events for corporations and bridal parties. Worked on a collaborative team to prepare event contracts for all parties’ involved. Coordinated communication between all vendors and buyers. Created weekly system to send out e-newsletter to bridal members of the museum

Supervised student ambassadors for sabbatical talks and civic engagement. Increased ambassador program by 50% in 2 months by implementing new marketing materials and engaging at student-run events while simultaneously building a new online sign-up structure. Also responsible for detailed event execution of annual commencement, and annual scholarship events. Also responsible for designing creative interactive activities for donors and recipients, as well as public event workshops for the department. Produced stewardship letters and support for major gift officers.
