Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Managed a small full-time team and a group of business consultants working on the business development of our partner companies.- Business Development: Developed Ukrainian manufacturing and engineering businesses through consulting, matchmaking, networking, finding suppliers and clients, bringing highly specialized expertise, and provision of grants.- Training & Mentorship: LinkedIn, ChatGPT, strategic communications and international networking.- Hiring & Onboarding: Interviewed and hired consultants; designed Scope of Work specifications.- Project Coordination: Designed, coordinated, and quality assured complex consulting services tenders; co-designed grants.- Compliance: Complied with reporting and monitoring requirements of USAID.- Travel: Extensively travelled across Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts (government-controlled areas, before February 2022).Notable initiatives- Founded Business4Ukraine, that engages international pro bono consultants to support Ukrainian SMEs leveraging their goodwill. This platform offers Ukrainian SMEs immediate access to international expertise. So far, 20+ pro bono professionals have been onboarded with ongoing flow of speedy and impactful assistance to Ukrainian SMEs due to pro bono professional selection policy and agile approach to goal setting.- Authored and launched two training courses, coupled with mentorship, to further support business development: 1. LinkedIn for International Business: I extensively taught and mentored my partners on the usage of LinkedIn for expanding international business, resulting in numerous success stories. 2. ChatGPT as an Intellectual Assistant for Business Development: I train and consult businesses on leveraging ChatGPT for business growth, with proven success stories.

Online course "Exporting, EU Markets and Business Internationalization" is intended for the owners and executive staff of Ukrainian SMEs. It is meant to develop exporting as an integral part of their businesses. The handbook concentrates on practical needs of businesses in algorithms and advice for entry into foreign markets, on the opportunities to receive support by Ukrainian SMEs from Ukrainian and international institutions, on open Internet resources that help in finding partners and business intermediaries to sell manufactured products abroad, on advertising and promoting own products, participation in EU public procurement tenders, finding information on EU technical, sanitary and phytosanitary requirements and on many other business needs in new business environment. The material lays emphasis on the markets and institutional structures of the EU in view of the new opportunities stemming from creation of Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area between the EU and Ukraine. Nevertheless, a significant part of the information can equally be used for entry into other foreign markets.
