Best Friend Sweden AB is active in FMCG both in grocery and special trade to which we sell pet food and accessories for pets. I have a broad role in the area of market coordination and sales management with these main tasks:• Analysis, monitoring and evaluation of our marketing investments. • Reporting campaign results, sales objectives, strategy analysis, and action proposals to brand managers. • Internal development of the company's future marketing (Marketing Development team) including analysis and strategic issues for us to become more efficient in terms of increased ROI. • Marketing co-operations with other parties in B2B, B2C and organizations. • Social media and content marketing for active participation and value creation of the Best Friend brand. • Responsible for running our own field sales team as well as the contact for external field sales, sales objectives, sales budgets, monitoring and coaching field sales reps. • Responsible for the implementation of brand plans for in-store campaigns including budgets, production and planning of promotion and POS materials.
