- Outsourcing - Conducting recruitment interviews for various positions related to the IT industry- Being responsible for gathering requirements related to the ongoing recruitment processes- Taking care of the candidates throughout the whole recruitment process- Direct searching for candidates that would be the best fit for specific positions- Providing screening of the CVs- Carrying out end-to-end recruitment processes- Taking care of new team members and introducing new recruiters into the recruitment process- Being responsible for conducting workshops and trainings from various HR areas- Being involved in projects for Scandinavian clients
