I’m able to create a good team spirit and I have a talent of sensing the atmosphere in the organization, and take action if any is needed. I believe that if you create a positive atmosphere, it is the best way to motivate people and thereby reach your goals. I find it of utmost importance to have a trustworthy relation between managers and employees. As a leader you have to set ambitious targets, but they also have to be realistic in order to create the right “winning culture” in the organization. I’m very robust even when facing very big challenges. I am an optimistic person and believe that there is a solution to every problem I deal with. I have built my career within TDC. During this period the company has gone through many changes with different company cultures and a varied form of ownership. I have experienced many types of managers and thereby different types of leadership.
