Over the years I have held several positions with different responsibilities in several companies, but always with a focus on web technology and e-commerce in one form or another. I have worked as developer, project manager, application specialist and systems administrator on several large and successful websites with high demands on high availability. I have been a certified ScrumMaster since 2007 and firmly believe that an Agile mindset helps in delivering customer value, and that you need to practice what you preach, you need to commit yourself if you expect results, The last fifteen years I have been working mainly as a Scrummaster and a Product Owner, but also as a test manager and as a work manager with Kanban methodology.My main insight has been that communication is the most fundamental skill for successful technical projects. I am at my best when I can act as an intermediary between a non-technical customer and the more technical-minded. I take pleasure in reassuring that what the customer receives is what they actually need and make their work easier.
