Working in dev teams, supporting integrators and developers inside and outside, doing full stack, working with the teams on identifying and classifying issues and improvements and ways to welcome these on both sides.I am driven by a desire to delight, and improve the user experience, whether that be a visual interface or an API. Through my career I've so far enjoyed working with data networking, advertising, graphic design, web design, web development, backend and frontend development, and support for people at all kinds of expertise levels.Previously I've had the pleasure of providing development support to integration partners at e-conomic while being an integrated part of the developer team. Being embedded in the developer team meant being able to work closely with colleagues on the mission to build and maintain the best possible interface to meet both internal and external requirements and solve issues and challenges in a timely manner. In the daily grind I, amongst many things, helped our team with insights and real time dashboards as well as summarized feedback and urgent matters and trends that emerged via developer support and activity monitoring. I furthermore had the pleasure of guiding existing and new partners to faster and leaner integrations through analysis of usage patterns and deep product knowledge, thus being able to provide expert technical guidance.Currently I work with the team at Storebox to document internally and externally, analyze issues, onboard API consumers, support integrators and API consumers, identify targets and issues and build and expand support tools and self support tools.
