👋 Hi, I'm Olek!👨‍💻 I am a Junior UX Designer with first experience working on commercial projects. I am currently looking for a place where I can help the team and polish my skills as a UX Designer, UX/UI Designer or Product Designer.🎓 I built the foundation of my knowledge and skills while studying Psychology at SWPS University in Warsaw, Poland, graduating in 2023 with a Master's degree. The specialisation I chose while studying at university was Human Computer Interaction, so I have a deep understanding of how people use interfaces and how to design user-centred solutions.📸 I have quite a lot of experience working with business clients thanks to my work as an assistant photographer during which I worked with many big brands. I not only took and retouched photos, but also gathered business requirements and planned photo shoots. I managed time effectively and communicated effectively.📚 I also gained a lot of valuable experience as Product Design Intern at PWN publishing house, where I could see how complex the process of creating digital products is. I also had the opportunity to prove myself as both a team member and a leader.👔 I learned the most about working with business clients by helping my mother run her business for a year. The range of my responsibilities was very broad, but what I find most valuable is that I learned how to negotiate so that both parties are satisfied.💵 I also had the opportunity to work as a Performance Marketing Account Manager. Although it was a short adventure it gave me a great understanding of how to research clients' needs and sell them solutions that benefit their business.🍊 I am currently gaining valuable experience as UX Design Intern at Orange Polska. During my daily tasks, I work with UX Designers, UI Designers, Service Designers and Developers. I work out the details of projects with business and marketing representatives, so I learn about the opportunities and limitations of working in a large organisation on complex projects.
