Mystery shopping (also known as mystery consumer or secret shopper) is a tool utilized externally by market research companies or internally by companies themselves to assess service quality, ensure compliance with regulations, or collect specific information about products and services. Key features include a flexible user core, where each user possesses customizable permissions that can be dynamically adjusted by a manager, and adaptable questionnaires that resemble Google Forms but are more intricate. Questions can be organized into blocks, which can, in turn, be nested within other blocks. Responses to questions are assigned points that contribute to result calculations, ultimately utilized in report generation. Customers have the ability to generate various types of reports through the admin panel.
