A team that developing the Affiliate Program System, which includes public, internal and side helper projects. It was my responsibility to convert product management requirements into working solutions. Affiliate program system consists of more than 20 different modules(content management, traffic management, custom CRM, statistics etc.) and almost all of them I've designed and developed by myself or with other team members.* Designed, developed, and tested small, medium, and large-scale software enhancements with other engineers, QA and product management team.* Designed and developed microservice for flexible rule-based traffic distribution to increase lead generation* Took part in development distributed system which converts third-party API data into statistics for clients and then used to generate payment data. To achieve concurrency and parallel aggregation we used Gearman Job Server which provides queue and interfaces for workers* Bring new technologies to projects like MongoDB or Reactjs and help other team members to adopt them* Maintained previous versions of the project before refactoring* Previously the main project was developed by two teams from different cities. Then our team became only development department of the project and in three years increased team size from 5 to more than 20 people* Improving the development process by bringing new and reviewing existing team management processes* Took part in testing and code review* Prepared required documentation both at the program level and user level and maintained records to document revisions.

At the beginning, LaInT was a web studio and we created many different projects for our clients which included blogs, landing pages, eshops, intranet enterprise services. That company became a startup and started to develop their own projects like new social network and flash-game with PHP backend for the existed social networks.* At this position a was responsible for implementing and supporting existing projects* For our social network project I've created both frontend and backend part of the codebase* Team size was from 4 to 15 people with 8 developers* Bring and implemented new game mechanics for the social network game project
