About myself:As a teenager I have always been interested in the latest digital trends, hardware and software. Since then I have been helping people to solve their issues associated with electronic devices. Taking some period to complete my PhD study I have never stopped improving my knowledge as a support engineer. Once I joined software product company - I moved deeper into understanding the principles of interactions between different software modules, their’s development and support. I enjoy mastering my skills along with making applications which I support better, faster, more reliable and confortable for customers. At the same time I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with others, helping them to become better at support and to make customer service even better. I started to help with onboarding and knowledge transfer since I was Application Analyst, and I am happy to do that now as a Team Lead of L2 support team.My current occupation:- Providing customer support using ticket system and live discussion;- Leading, mentoring of support team, onboarding of new team members, managing time resources;- L2 triage of the issues raised by L1 support;- Oncall support of critical severity issues.My past experience:- Processing photo and video content for training artificial intelligence systems as a Graphic Assistant;- Writing scientific articles.- Presentations at scientific conferences.
