I gained invaluable life experience by working as a waiter and (later) a sommelier. This greatly deepened my ability to hear and understand people, their needs and expectations. From 2016 to 2021, I mostly worked as a journalist and editor of online resources (based mostly on YouTube and CRM). At that time, I was actively interested in pedagogy: it was connected with the activities of the literary and educational NGO Leport, which I founded together with like-minded friends. Working in the alternative school (2021-2023) in a managerial position, I had the opportunity to test the acquired pedagogical ideas in practice and produce my own. Since my main master's specialty is "administrative management", I was glad to finally apply the knowledge I had once acquired to the management of a real teachers staff. Along with this, I also taught world and Ukrainian literature to pupils of grades 5-10.
