-Order Management/Device Fulfillment Team:• Processing N-Tester BT order requests and update customers data in Zuora• Preparation of the delivery list• Organization of N-Tester BT pick-up from customers and follow-up on the delivery with our logistic partner SMS.• Support with creation and modification of activation codes• Processing cancellation requests from customers and following-up on the return of the N-Tester BT-Customer Support Team:• Support customer requests via ticketing system and categorize appropriately allowing recommendations to be made on potential process improvement opportunities• Support team in meeting target Service Level Agreements for our customers.• Manage multiple customer queries at once in a timely and organized manner.• Keep up with product releases and feature updates/changes etc.-Escalation Coordinator role on the project:• Be a single point of contact for incoming requests from Customer to Engineering and business stakeholders.• Respond to escalated Customer request with high quality, accuracy and speed• Evaluate incoming requests (bugs, change requests for legal compliance) against Service Agreement terms.• Drive and work with Engineering Management and Team in meeting Service Level Agreement for our Customer.• Ensure that all escalations are triaged, tracked, investigated, resolved, and communicated accurately• Manage multiple high priority cases simultaneously, keeping stakeholders and Customer updated and managing escalations as needed
