* Co-operating with Technical Section Leader to ensure that the technical maintenance of the vessel and the equipment on board, adhering to the scheduled maintenance of the vessel and rig equipment, in accordance with classifications, legal and companyrequirements* Supporting the Technical Section Leader to supervise off loading of fuel and the refueling of vessels according to Master’s instructions* Documenting changes/as-built drawing packages for all system to reflect current status* Supporting to carry out all routine tests on Emergency System alarms on a regular basis* Coordinating all calibration activities on equipment* Supporting to manage the Store with efficient and timely ordering of spares* Supporting the Technical Section Leader on the supervision that all rules and regulations, in specific those refereed on safety on job site, are respected* Supporting the Technical Section Leader on guaranteeing that all personnel on board are conscious of their function and the importance it has in the operations and safety activities* Supporting the Technical Section Leader during the audits carry out on board by Saipem Department or Third Parties* Participate in safety meetings and safety drills held on board* Promptly report all accidents, near-miss accidents and non-conformance through the proper channels
