• Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports preparation. Apart from classic main reports also focusing on KPIs and metrics that drive business – marketing effectiveness (Cost of Lead, Cost of Contract), premises necessity (Office Waste) etc.; • Yearly Budgeting. Mix of “Top-to-bottom” and “Bottom-to-Top” approach, making it clear to all stakeholders main indexes and latter on tracking their execution;• Monthly Forecasting. On departments and Company level: P&L and CF forecast in different dimensions to cover all company needs, intermediary in Finance Team for their accordance; • Co-operation with company managers aiming to help them make right decisions based on financial information;• ERP improvements. Main contribution to increase both quality and quantity controlling procedures making it easy and transparent simultaneously; cooperation with software developers in different system integration on mix position of QA, PM and customer from Finance Team.• Responsibility for internal Company Accounting Management Policy – writing, in time updates.

- Control over financial situation in restaurant - weekly and monthly goods inventories, no cash gaps, pricing control both for dishes and raw stuff etc.- Reports preparation - P&L, CF, BS and ad-hoc reports for restaurant management and center office;- Industry specific KPI's - revenue per bill, ABC analysis in sales and operational costs, inventories deviations etc.
