Oleksandr Lanetskyi Email and Phone Number
I joined the industrial projecting business in 2014 by accident as a driver. While traveling around the country with my engineering colleagues, I became interested in industrial engineering. Six months later, I was commissioned to design a small facility, a farm elevator. I did my best and coped with the task, though not without making mistakes. This encouraged me to develop myself, and over time, the complexity of the projects only increased. Then, experience and experience again, mostly reconstruction of existing oil extraction plants and new construction of elevators. This lasted until September 2018, when I continued my career in engineering as a project manager at an oil extraction plant. It was the perfect combination of experience in the design of oil extraction plants and suitable soft skills. It was an interesting project to modernize an existing production facility with increased productivity, a professional team, and one of the largest agro-industrial holdings in our country, a good start for a new experience. I went on the customer's side, from the idea to the implementation decision. Calculating a financial model, negotiating with potential contractors and suppliers, forming a team, developing an implementation schedule, and engineering a production line. This project was impractical to implement in terms of financial performance for the company, but I consider it successful because an unrealized, unprofitable project is also a profit. In March 2023, I returned to my alma mater, Agro Engineering, as a business partner. And this is one of the best decisions I have made. With my experience as a design engineer and construction project manager, I can easily communicate with customers because I know what they want and how to do it. The company has undergone a powerful transformation over the year. We started with changes in the company's structure and quality control and the introduction of Kanban boards for visualizing tasks. Then, we started using quadcopters for photogrammetry, bought a scanner for laser scanning premises, and won tenders from the largest agricultural holdings in the country. We are invited to implement projects in Poland and Italy. Now we could do for our customers such services: 👉 Design of Industrial Facilities (Autodesk Revit, 3D modeling)👉 B2B Construction Consultation 👉 Project Supervision👉 Reverse Engineering and many others.Let's cooperate!
