I calculate, approve, and control the implementation of the promotional plan. Analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities. I control, analyze, and coordinate reports on promotional activities, and calculate compensation amounts. I control the work within the calculated and agreed promotional budget.-I control accounts receivable.-Analyze the assortment on the shelves, and suggest rotation (if necessary) and expansion.-I control the work of the company's branch in Dnipro, organize logistics for national networks through branches in two regions (Dnipro and Ternopil) and through the company's central warehouse, and control deliveries,-I control the document flow, balances in the warehouses of the branches, and the shelf life of products.- I negotiate with new potential partners (ECO, ATB, ANC, Watson's, and others). I analyze the economic conditions, agree on controversial issues under the contract, and support the signing and further cooperation.Achievements:- Annually ensured the fulfillment of the sales plan.- In 2018, sales increased by 35% compared to 2017.- In 2019, sales increased by 100% compared to 2018.- In 2020, sales increased by 170% compared to 2019.- In 2021, compared to 2020, sales fell by 6% (due to the outbreak of Covid).- In 2022, sales fell by 70% compared to 2021 (due to the outbreak of war).

In the performance of my duties:-I am responsible for working with dealers in Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Khmelnytsky, Volyn, Rivne, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Kirovograd, Cherkasy, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv regions of Ukraine.-I support and analyze the results of dealers' work, and build a development strategy.-Negotiate with managers and founders of wholesale companies.-I support the signing of dealer agreements, calculate and coordinate sales plans, and monitor their implementation.-I fulfill the set plans.-I control accounts receivable.-I support the launch of franchise stores.Achievements: - Annually ensured the fulfillment of the sales plan.- In 2017, sales increased by 102% compared to 2016.- In 2018, sales increased by 35% compared to 2017.

In the performance of my job duties:-Manage the work of an online and offline mono-brand cosmetics store.I work with third-party companies to launch and set up contextual advertising.-Controlling warehouse balances, and conducting inventories.-Organize the reception and dispatch of orders to customers.-I control cash discipline.
